Head Start, L.E.A.P and Competitive Program Try-Outs
November 5, 2008 at 4:00 pm

Please read carefully prior to tryout session:

  • Please plan for the tryout participant to be at the gym for 1 - 1.5 hours.
  • Participants should wear a one piece body suit, bare feet and long hair tied neatly back. No watches or jewelry please.
  • We will be looking primarily at Physical Ability (strength and flexibility) and some skills (skills will be mostly for those gymnasts 8 years and up).
  • Tryouts are for programs starting in July 2007 - June 2008.
  • Following these tryouts participants may be accepted for a trial period (this applies to the LEAP program only). This will give you a chance to see how our programs run and us a more thorough idea of where the participant will fit into our programs.
  • Minimum training commitment for regular season programs will be as follows - Headstart - 4 hours per week, LEAP 6 hours per week.
  • Notification of results will be Emailed to each participant following the tryouts.
