Gym and Dance Older
Length: 1.5 hours/class     Price: $148.00

A combination class of 45 min. non-badge gymnastics and 45 min. multi-discipline recreational dance. Perfect for the student who wants to try gym AND dance.

Gym and Hip Hop
Age: 7 years+      Length: 1.5 hours/class      Price: $148.00

Participants will take part in 45 minutes of non-badge gymnastics and 45 minutes of Hip Hop dance. The gymnastics portion of the class will follow the content of the CanGym program while the dance portion is influenced by the pop culture style and the emphasis is placed on students understanding and controlling their body while feeling a sense of confidence and a stable succession to greater skills and dance moves.

Gym and Cheerleading
Age: 7 years+     Length: 1.5 hours/class      Price: $148.00

This combination class includes 45 minutes of non-badge gymnastics (following the content of the CanGym program) and 45 minutes of cheerleading and offers you the opportunity to show your team spirit by combining the tumbling techniques of gymnastics with the stunts and lifts of cheerleading.

RecStarz is a non-competitive, year-long demonstration group designed for the gymnast who is ready for a new kind of gymnastics challenge. Demonstrations are held locally, provincially, nationally, and even internationally! This group will practice twice per week with the first half of the year concentrating on gymnastic skill development and the second half of the year focusing on creating routines to show at various events throughout the spring.

Supercalifragymnastics
Age: 5 years     Length: 45 min/class      Price: $85.00

The magic of movement comes alive in this program designed for children with disabilities! Let the qualified coaches take your child on a journey through the gymnastics centre discovering the different fundamental movement patterns with a focus on building and maintaining strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, gymnastic skill and friendship!

The children will play a variety of ability-appropriate warm-up activities then move throughout the gym on the various apparatus including the floor, vault, bars, beam, and trampoline.

All participants are required to have an aide or guardian onsite ready to actively participate as necessary.

Freestyle Teens
Age: 13 years+    Length: 1.5 hours/class      Price: $148.00

This program is specifically customized for teens wanting learn new tricks in a safe, relaxed environment. The teens will learn basic gymnastic technique focusing on tumbling skills, safe landing skills, and trampoline skills.  Other apparatus will be used for strength and coordination building. 

CIT (Coach in Training)
Age: 13 years    Length: 1.5 hours/class      Price: $148.00

This program is designed for young people who are interested in becoming a gymnastics coach and furthering their development as a future leader. Learn skills through classroom discussion, gymnastics training, and volunteer commitments by working through the Canadian Gymnastics Federation’s Coach in Training Program. The CIT participants will meet every Saturday from 12:30-2pm for their classroom and “gymming” time, then will be assigned additional apprenticing hours as seen fit by the CIT program coordinator. 

Adult Gymnastics:
Age: 18 yrs+   Length: 2 hours/class    Price: $125.00

It’s never too late to start! Whether you are learning for the first time, or are just getting back into it, adult gymnastics can be right for you.  Work with the coaches to develop a training plan to help you achieve your gymnastics dreams, get fit, and have fun too!  The first portion of class focuses of the core strengthening and conditioning needed to support the skills and techniques on the apparatus including the bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampoline!  Are you interested in competing or performing?  Talk to Kari to find out how!
